Ice play with Autumn Leaves

The children in Badger’s have been exploring the Autumn themed activities this week, they particular loved the sensory ice play! Sensory play contributes in crucial ways to children’s brain development. As children explore sensory materials, they develop their sense of touch, which lays the foundation for learning other skills, such as building their fine motor skills/ coordination, self expression, language development, social skills, imagination and creative play.
